According to AFS 2017:3 – “Use and control of pressurized devices,” operators of boilers must be certified. This requirement applies from December 1, 2022. In collaboration with Teknikutbildarna, FVB is holding preparatory trainings prior to certification.
The courses are available in two versions. For new boiler operators, the training lasts for three days, including certification tests, while the course for experienced boiler operators is two days, including certification tests.
