FVB also works with energy issues related to industry, property, electricity and automation.\r\n\r\n\u201cWe currently have 150 employees in offices at ten locations in Sweden. We\u2019re growing throughout the country and need to recruit staff for most of our offices in all areas of activity. We are also looking for Swedish staff to work at our offices in Reading (near London).\r\n\r\n\u201cBy joining us, you can develop as a consultant, working on challenging specialist projects,\u201d says Skoglund when the company announced a recruitment drive.\r\n\r\n\u201cIt&#8217;s relatively easy to find newly qualified engineers, but what we need right now is project managers, project engineers and designers with a few years\u2019 experience.\u201d\r\n\r\nFVB is investing extensively in water and sewage, and we need to recruit experienced designers within utility networks.\r\n\r\n\u201cWater and sewage is an area that will require considerable investment going forward and is an area we expect to grow in. Parallel to that is the major switch to more electrification, which means that in market terms, things look pretty good for us,\u201d concludes Skoglund.\r\n\r\nBut it\u2019s not just the strong markets that are the reason for the company\u2019s growth; it is also the fact that FVB\u2019s ambition is to continue to grow organically whilst retaining its profitability.
