From 1 June you will become the new Regional Manager South and Branch Manager at FVB\u2019s office in Gothenburg. What appealed to you about this job?<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u201cI love the energy industry and have worked in it for the last 20 years. I joined FVB from Alings\u00e5s Energi, where I was Business Manager for district heating and services, including lighting and charging infrastructure. I think it&#8217;s exciting that in my new role I will be working with energy issues from another perspective. I will also be working a lot with customers, which I find stimulating.\r\n\r\nThe fact that FVB is employee-owned and seems to have a good grip on staff issues meant that it felt particularly good to be coming to work here.\r\n\r\n<strong>Massive investment is being made right now in Southern Sweden, the area you are responsible for, in energy, water and sewage. What will FVB\u2019s role be in that?<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u201cWorking as a facilitator within the implementation of these infrastructure investments. FVB has a key role to play in the form of the right skills and extensive experience.\r\n\r\n<strong>What is the first thing you will do in your new job?<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u201cThat\u2019s a difficult question!
